Terms of Service

Section 1: Purpose

These Terms govern the use of online tool services (hereinafter "Services") provided through the website operated by ToolZipper (toolzipper.com), and establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Site and users.

User Responsibilities

• Users must only upload files for which they have legitimate rights.
• Users must not process files that infringe on others' copyrights, portrait rights, or other rights.
• Users must not process illegal content (pornography, violence, etc.).
• Users are responsible for the results of file processing.

Section 7: Service Changes and Interruption

1. Service Changes

The Site may change the Services provided as needed for operational or technical reasons. Changes to Service content will be announced through the Site's notice section.

2. Service Interruption

The Site may restrict or suspend all or part of Services in the following cases:

• System maintenance, server expansion, network instability, or other system operation needs
• Power outages, service equipment failures, service congestion, or other situations preventing normal service provision
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or national emergencies
• Other circumstances preventing the Site from providing Services

• Rights to results generated by users using the Services (converted text, images, etc.) belong to the users.
• However, rights to original materials belong to the respective rights holders.

• Inability to provide Services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, or telecommunications service interruptions
• Service usage difficulties and damages due to causes attributable to users
• Reliability and accuracy of information or materials obtained by users through Services
• Legality and accuracy of results generated by users using Services
• Disputes arising between users or between users and third parties through Services
• Damages related to the use of free Services

Section 11: Liability

• The Site is not liable for damages incurred by users in connection with free Services. However, this does not apply to damages caused by the Site's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
• If users cause damage to the Site by violating these Terms, users must compensate the Site for all damages incurred.

Section 12: Governing Law

The interpretation of these Terms and disputes between the Site and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
